If you are attending more than one event, this package will offer you discounted prices, over each of the single event entry cost and an exclusive welcome pack valued at over $80.

Your contact and dietary details will be applied to each event so you will not have to enter them multiple times.

Don’t worry if you do not show as being registered for your selected individual events, we have you registered here.

However, to avoid asking you to fill in, or skip, lots of information which may not apply to you, we do need you to register for the Super Sprint event, Parade Laps, Show and Shine or Display events using the single event entry forms as well.

In the email you receive confirming registration for this package you will also receive your discount code to enable your preferential prices for these events. Go to the Events menu when you have registered for this package

All drives will use the Tour Boss App.  Please ensure you have this downloaded to receive your navigation instructions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made on or before 28 February 2025 will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made after 28 February 2025 but on or before 31 March 2025 will receive a full refund less a $50 administration fee.

Cancellations made after 31 March 2025 will not automatically receive a refund but we will refund as many elements of the booking as we can based on our obligations to pay for events in advance.

Please give us as much notice as you can if your circumstances change. If you have particular issues which may prevent attendance at short notice, please reach out to us so we can help you as best we can.

We highly recommend you have a UHF radio with you on all our drives.
We will use on channel 17 unless otherwise advised for specific groups.
