    Your contact and dietary details will be applied to each event so you will not have to enter them multiple times.

    Don’t worry if you do not show as being registered for your selected individual events, we have you registered here.

    However, to avoid asking you to fill in, or skip, lots of information which may not apply to you, we do need you to register for the Super Sprint event, Parade Laps, Show and Shine or Display events using the single event entry forms as well.

    In the email you receive confirming registration for this package you will also receive your discount code to enable your preferential prices for these events. Go to the Events menu when you have registered for this package

    All drives will use the Tour Boss App.  Please ensure you have this downloaded to receive your navigation instructions.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations made on or before 28 February 2025 will receive a full refund.

    Cancellations made after 28 February 2025 but on or before 31 March 2025 will receive a full refund less a $50 administration fee.

    Cancellations made after 31 March 2025 will not automatically receive a refund but we will refund as many elements of the booking as we can based on our obligations to pay for events in advance.

    We highly recommend you have a UHF radio with you on all our drives.

    Browse two levels of BMW excellence - cars and motorbikes - while getting to know new members and catching up with old friends.

    Enjoy scenic countryside heading out from Melbourne along some excellent and entertaining roads.


    We will stop for lunch at the beautiful, Austrian-style
    Das Kaffeehaus and Coffee Basics     in historic Castlemaine, so you can refresh and mingle with your newfound friends and re-connect with those you already know.


    There will be time in Castlemaine to explore the gold-rush era buildings and shops in the historic part of the town. 




    We will split the cars into multiple groups to cater for all preferences - those who want to cruise and those who want to enjoy a more spirited drive, where conditions allow but always within the law.


    Full turn by turn drive instructions will be provided in the Nationals booklet.  Additionally, the drive will use the Tour Boss App.  Please ensure you have this downloaded to receive your navigation instructions.


    If you have a UHF radio, please bring it with you to ensure you are kept aware of any hazards, upcoming intersections and should you get lost!

    Departing after the RSL "Gun Fire" ANZAC Day breakfast and returning by lunchtime,  this drive will include some scenic and entertaining roads, with a lot of good company.


    The pace will be more leisurely but we will split the cars into multiple groups to cater for all preferences - those who want to cruise and those who want to enjoy a more spirited drive, where conditions allow but always within the law.

    Using the finest car care products provided by Sonax Australia wash your car in a dedicated wash bay at Calder Park.


    There will be ample space outside the wash bay for you to continue the detailing, including in the optional garage with power points should you choose to hire one.


    Sonax will have a full range of car care products on hand, some free for you to sample and plenty of stock for you to purchase.


    Once you have your car cleaned to perfection, you can hire a garage and store it securely overnight (at cost, please use the garage hire registration as spaces may be limited as will lifts to/from Westwaters).

    Show off your flares and polyester disco dresses, with maybe a hippie element or two and some very bright colours. It's the '70s and nothing is demure.

    We'll celebrate the '70s and the start of the 3 Series in particular.

    To push the fun along we'll have a light hearted '70s and 3 Series themed trivia quiz.

    Prizes will be given to the winning table. 

    At the heart of it all a 3 course dinner and complimentary wine, beer and soft drinks, expertly prepared and served in the WestWaters ballroom.

    Plenty of time for conversations so you can learn something new about the '70s and your fellow attendees.

    Calder Park's National Circuit has witnessed some epic battles in the past. 


    Thankfully brought back to life and better than ever, you can test your skills against the unique blend of challenges this circuit offers.


    Free trailer storage is offered on site, and garages can be reserved (at extra cost, check which "ticket" type you choose).  If reserving a garage, please indicate if you require it just one the day, or over the full weekend.


    Breakfast will be available for purchase at the track.


    Cafe will be open from 7.30am 


    Registrations are strictly limited for motorsport events.  Always enter quickly to avoid disappointment.

  • Show and Shine - by Sonax Australia

    SHOW AND SHINE - BY SONAX AUSTRALIA


    How well can you clean and present your car?

    This is not a concours or originality competition.


    Simply put, if the appearance and presentation can be improved by cleaning using the sorts of products sold by Sonax, then marks will be deducted. Stone chips, fair wear and tear are not penalized.

    The exterior, interior, engine bay, boot, wheels and wheel arches will all be judged. Anywhere that can be seen without using tools or hoists.

    It's a bit of fun and a challenge to present your car at its best.

    There will be prizes and trophies, presented at the Saturday evening presentation dinner at WestWaters Entertainment Complex. 

    Entrants will be split up into groups, loosely based on age, based on the entries we receive, so each group will have a meaningful number (winning a class of 1 is no fun) and about the same number as other classes.

    There are equalizing points for age and kilometres.

    The judging will be completed in time for you to join the parade laps if you so choose (separate event entry required).

    All BMW Club members' cars are welcome. A non-BMW group will be created if required.

  • Racer Industries Parade Laps - Calder Park Full Circuit

    RACER INDUSTRIES PARADE LAPS OF THE FULL CALDER PARK CIRCUIT INCLUDING THE THUNDERDOME


    Even if you've never been interested in track days, how can you miss the opportunity to drive on a proper banked race track in safety in your own car?

    These parade laps will be behind a pace car, driven at an appropriate speed for non-track drivers.

    The full Calder Park course will be used, starting on the National Circuit, before turning onto the fabled Thunderdome banking, for a full lap and returning all the way around the National Circuit.


    There will be time for several laps of the circuit.

    What car do I bring? 

    These days are designed for you to drive in your road car, or your track car.

    Do I need a race suit and helmet?   

    No, these will be parade laps, not hot laps, but we do recommend covered-in shoes, long pants and long sleeves. 

    Can I have a passenger?    

    Yes, as long as they have a seat and seat belt and are 14 years old or over.  Please register passengers as guests.

    Do I need a Motorsport Australia Licence? 


    No, your road licence/learner's permit is enough.

    All cars welcome as long as they are road/track worthy. 

    All taking part must have completed a risk disclaimer and bring it with them on the day.  This will be sent out with your receipt of payment.

    A Drivers Briefing will take place with all drivers, 30 minutes before entering the track.

    Nearing the end of our time together, this formal dinner will mark a high point in the weekend.

    Super Sprint and Show and Shine awards will be presented. 

    In between courses we have a special guest speaker for your entertainment.

    You will enjoy a 3 course dinner, with complimentary wine, beer and soft drink, expertly prepared and served in the WestWaters ballroom.

    There will also be Silent Auction items on display throughout the night and raffle prizes.  All proceeds to go the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. 

    At the conclusion of the evening, we will officially hand over to the 2027 Nationals team.

  • Guided Drive Towards The Border

    GUIDED DRIVE TOWARDS THE BORDER


    Two drives are offered, one heading towards the northern border, the other towards the west.

    The routes will take in some of the more scenic and entertaining roads without making the journey too long.

    There is no cost for this event. Any food or drink required during the event will be at your cost.
